Service Providers

For the purposes of provision of our Services to you via Amourlee.com, we are cooperating with local independent service providers (the ‘Suppliers’), to whom turn single women who are interested in romantic relationships. That is why we may be interested in cooperating with them and ask them to refer such women for registration on our Website.

Moreover, Verified Users might use the services of translators offered by their referring Suppliers. Because a share of the money spent by you on the Website may go to the Suppliers that introduced the relevant Verified Users (see Revenue Sharing), such Suppliers might induce their staff translators and/or Verified Users to communicate with you in a way that would increase your spending of money on this Website.

We are taking steps to reduce the risk that our Suppliers' translators will ever communicate on behalf of (or impersonate) any Verified Users without first disclosing this to you. However, we shall not be held responsible to you in case any such practice takes place during your use of the Service.

(a) We do not represent and warrant that your use of the services will be secure, uninterrupted, complete, always available, error-free, or meet your requirements. We do not guarantee that any defects in the services will be corrected or that the services are free of viruses or other harmful components. We disclaim liability for, and no warranty is made concerning, the connectivity and availability of the services or the delivery of any messages.

(b) Amourlee is not obligated to verify the identity of or screen the persons subscribing to or using the services, nor does it have any obligation to monitor the use of the services by other users. Therefore, we disclaim all liability for your interactions with and the conduct of other users and for identity theft or any other misuse of your identity or information..

(c) We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the services, or adopt, endorse, or accept responsibility or liability for the conduct of any users or members or the accuracy or reliability of any opinion, advice, or statement made by any party other than Amourlee. Under no circumstances will we be responsible for any loss, damage, or harm of any kind resulting from any user conduct or anyone's reliance on information or other content posted on the services or transmitted to or by any users.

(d) Members join the platform with diverse intentions, ranging from seeking friendship, companionship, and attention, to pursuing popularity, opportunities for travel, or relocation.
